Providing Progress extensions for INPUT DATASET-HANDLE parameters

For dynamic ProDataSet INPUT parameters, the client creates an instance of the .NET System.Data.DataSet class. The client then defines the schema of the DataSet and adds the tables and any data. To support Progress-specific features, it also may be necessary for the client to specify Progress extensions for the DataTables within the DataSet which provide a mapping to Progress for the .NET DataTables.

Progress provides the Progress.Open4GL.ProDataTable class for the client to use to define the Progress extensions for a DataTable. For more information see the "ProDataTable class" section.
